Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client, a well-established insurance company, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and via email.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
– Assisting clients with policy-related questions and concerns
– Providing accurate information and solutions to clients in a timely manner
– Updating client information in the database
– Handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively
