The Manager oversees the IT portfolio management practice at SMG, providing leadership in project management and strategic planning. They are responsible for developing, establishing, and managing the portfolio to ensure successful outcomes.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Scarborough, ON
Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour

Job Description:
Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Scarborough. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Provide information about products and services
– Process orders accurately and in a timely manner
– Resolve customer complaints and issues
– Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is an asset
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
