The Manager of SMG’s IT portfolio management practice plays a leadership role in establishing project management practices. They are responsible for developing and establishing the organization’s portfolio management processes.
Title: Senior Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. This individual will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to all customers.
Responsibilities:
– Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers
– Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
– Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and suggestions for improvement
– Assist with training and mentoring new customer service representatives
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Experience with CRM software is a plus
