The Manager of SMG’s IT portfolio management practice is responsible for establishing and leading project management initiatives. The Manager of Planning & Portfolio Management is tasked with developing and establishing IT portfolios to ultimately improve overall IT management practices.
Position: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing marketing strategies, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
– Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets
– Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns
– Analyze market trends and competitors to inform strategic planning
– Prepare sales and marketing reports for senior management

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the technology industry
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
