Customer Support Representative

Our company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
– Provide information about products and services
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
