The Manager, Welding Engineering is responsible for overseeing welding engineering activities in support of vessel construction. This position works closely with construction managers and project managers to ensure that welding processes are carried out efficiently and in compliance with regulatory bodies and applicable standards.
Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the sales team and help drive business growth by preparing sales documents, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
– Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports and presentations
– Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide product information and assist with orders
– Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
– Assist in organizing sales events and presentations
– Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a sales support role is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
