Job Description:
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. This role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing the daily sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
– Build and maintain strong client relationships
– Monitor sales metrics and report on sales performance
– Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for team members
– Collaborate with other departments to support sales activities
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors’ activities
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Valid driver’s license and own transportation
