International Sales & Business Strategy:
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive international strategy aimed at driving growth and establishing a long-term market presence.
- Lead the creation and implementation of international sales plans, encompassing performance metrics, market positioning, target segments, and promotional initiatives.
- Continuously monitor market dynamics, customer trends, and competitor activities to proactively adjust strategies and optimize performance.
- Ensure that international programs and initiatives are tailored to regional market conditions, regulatory requirements, and customer behaviors.
- Set and manage profit targets, overseeing the international sales budget to ensure efficient resource utilization and return on investment.
General Management:
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing international teams to execute strategic and revenue goals.

- Oversee key business planning processes, ensuring that international priorities are integrated into company-wide financial, operational, and resource planning.

Sales Operations & Effectiveness:

- Champion CRM adoption and leverage analytics tools to ensure data integrity and enable actionable insights across markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Finance, Marketing, Operations—to ensure that sales execution is supported by aligned business functions and infrastructure.
People Management:
- Lead with a clear and compelling strategic vision that motivates teams and aligns with Petcurean’s short and long-term goals.
