Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Gainesville, FL

Salary: $15/hour

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gainesville, FL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Assist customers with placing orders and processing returns
– Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
