The Plan Implementation Manager (PIM) will be responsible for project management and onboarding new retirement accounts to John’s Open Architecture platform. They must have knowledge of both project management and retirement accounts to be successful in this role.
Job Description

Position: Project Coordinator

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

Responsibilities:

– Assist in planning and executing project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
– Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved on time and within budget
– Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management
– Identify and address any issues or risks that may arise during the project lifecycle
– Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are completed successfully and meet all requirements
– Participate in project meetings and provide support as needed

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred
