The IS Manager, Server and Cloud Operations role involves providing daily support for server and cloud operations, as well as being responsible for developing and executing strategy through project implementation. The role also includes preparing compliance audit reports.
Job Description:

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Specialist to join our team. The IT Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our computer systems and software applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in network administration, system configuration, and software installation. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
– Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
– Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to end-users
– Manage network resources and maintain security protocols
– Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT systems and processes
– Perform regular backups and updates to ensure data integrity and system performance
– Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
– Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in the IT field

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role
– Strong knowledge of network administration, hardware/software installation, and troubleshooting techniques
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco) are a plus
