Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: United States – Texas – El Paso

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $13.00 – $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
– Receive inbound calls from customers and assist them with product inquiries, order placement, and resolving product issues
– Make outbound calls to follow up with customers on previous inquiries or orders
– Address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
– Update customer account information as needed
– Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment
– Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
