Position Overview:
Our growing design agency is looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate is passionate about design and has a creative flair to produce high-quality visual materials for various projects. The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with the creative team to develop concepts, create designs, and produce digital and print collateral that resonates with our clients and their target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
– Developing creative concepts and designs for various projects, including branding, marketing materials, social media graphics, and website layouts
– Collaborating with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and quality in all visual elements
– Participating in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches to design challenges
– Producing finalized designs in a timely manner and ensuring they meet both client and internal expectations

Qualifications:
– Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
– 1-3 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setting
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
– Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles
– Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team
– Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for design
