Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Belleville, Ontario

Salary: $14.50 per hour

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Belleville, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and handling transactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude. Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
– Resolving customer complaints and issues
– Processing orders and payments
– Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
– Providing product information and recommendations
