Job Description:

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for processing orders, providing product information, and updating customer accounts.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
