Customer Success Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Our client, a rapidly growing tech company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Toronto. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and maximizing their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
– Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely manner
– Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their goals and needs, and provide guidance on how to best utilize our products and services
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction
– Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
– Act as a client advocate within the company, providing feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancements
– Develop and implement strategies to drive client retention and growth

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tech or SaaS company
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
– Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
