Job Description:
Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Surrey, BC

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Surrey, BC. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Provide accurate and timely information to customers
– Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
– Maintain a positive attitude and uphold company values in all interactions with customers
– Process customer orders and requests in a timely manner
