Lead Carpenter

Location: Oakville, Ontario

Salary: $25 – $30 per hour

Our growing construction company is looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage carpentry projects from start to finish
– Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
– Estimate materials and labor costs for projects
– Supervise and train junior carpenters
– Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
– Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety regulations

Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in carpentry
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficient in using hand and power tools
– Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
