Job Description

Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Toronto, ON

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Toronto, ON. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing maintenance and repair work in a variety of areas, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities:

– Perform routine maintenance on facility equipment and systems
– Repair and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
– Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work as needed
– Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
– Maintain a clean and safe work environment
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair work
– Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Valid driver’s license
