The Program Finance Manager is responsible for managing finances and tackling commercial challenges in a fast-paced industry. This role is suitable for finance or commercial professionals with a project-oriented focus.
Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails
– Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents
– Update and maintain office policies and procedures
