The manager will work with marketing and IC designers to create realistic package specifications and contribute to the development of new functional teams such as assembly development and IC physical layout teams. They will also collaborate with Analog and Digital designers and marketing to achieve project goals.
Position: Customer Care Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Resolving customer complaints and issues
– Providing product information and assistance
– Troubleshooting technical issues
– Processing returns and exchanges
– Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
