Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our team by handling various administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls and greeting visitors
– Managing and organizing paperwork and files
– Assisting with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail
– Providing general administrative support to staff as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
