A content writer is being sought to join the Community Services Integration Office to assist with the generation and marketing of crude oil, petroleum, petrochemical products, and related services to international markets. The role will also involve internal marketing efforts.
Title: Operations Manager

Location: Calgary, AB

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000

Job Description:

Our client, a leading retail company, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, and a proven track record of driving efficiency and performance within a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities:

– Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store
– Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
– Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
– Monitor and analyze sales and performance data
– Train and develop staff to ensure optimal performance and customer service
– Manage store budget and expenses
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
– Provide leadership and guidance to the store team

Requirements:

– 5+ years of experience in retail operations management
– Strong understanding of retail industry and best practices
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and performance
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software
