Office Administrator Job Description
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee the administrative operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, organizing office files, coordinating meetings and events, and providing general office support.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
– Coordinate appointments and meetings for senior staff members
– Prepare and distribute important documents and reports
– Maintain and update office filing systems
– Assist in the preparation of budgeting and financial reports

Qualifications:
