Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 a year

Job Description:

Our company is seeking a creative and well-organized Event Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, and social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with clients to determine event objectives and requirements
– Develop event concepts and themes
– Create detailed event plans and timelines
– Source and negotiate with vendors for catering, audio/visual equipment, entertainment, and other event services
– Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, accommodations, and onsite support
– Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless execution of events
– Evaluate event success and provide post-event reports and analysis
– Stay current on industry trends and best practices in event planning

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Marketing, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
– Strong project management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
– Knowledge of event planning principles and best practices
