HR Coordinator
Toronto, Ontario
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join their team in Toronto, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
– Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
– Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Coordinate training sessions and ensure ongoing professional development opportunities for employees
– Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
– Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues
– Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office Suite
