Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Scarborough, ON

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries in a professional manner
– Responding to customer emails and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner
– Processing orders accurately and efficiently
– Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
– Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:
