Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with federal and state laws.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
– Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and making hiring decisions
– Provide guidance and support to employees on a wide range of HR-related issues
– Conduct training and development programs for employees at all levels
– Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
– Manage employee performance evaluations and feedback processes
– Handle employee relations issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner
– Oversee the administration of benefits programs and employee services
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 5+ years of experience in HR management
– Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
