The company is looking to hire a Business Development Specialist to work in the LTC Business & Project Development Department. The role involves setting up LP and economics models, third-party Build Own Operation evaluation models, project financing, and interfacing with various stakeholders.
Job Description:

We are seeking a resourceful and innovative Web Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients’ needs and goals. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that the websites you design are technically sound and integrate seamlessly with our clients’ existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conceptualizing and designing websites that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
– Working closely with the development team to ensure that designs can be effectively implemented.
– Collaborating with clients to understand their goals and requirements.
– Conducting research to stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in web design.
– Presenting design concepts to clients and incorporating feedback to refine designs.
– Testing websites for usability and optimizing for performance.
– Providing support and maintenance for websites after they have launched.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant tools.
– Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Experience working with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
