Commercial Manager – Project Controls

The Commercial Manager – Project Controls reports to the Project Manager and is responsible for providing commercial support to the project team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budget management, and cost control. The successful candidate will work closely with the project team to develop project budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports.

Responsibilities:
– Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
– Review and approve project expenses
– Provide accurate and timely financial reports to project team and senior management
– Develop commercial strategies to support project objectives
– Monitor project risks and develop mitigation plans
– Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
– Collaborate with project team to achieve project goals

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
– A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management or project controls
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
– Experience working in the construction industry is preferred
