Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $18.00 per hour

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
-Process orders, returns, and exchanges
-Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department
-Update customer account information in the database
-Assist customers with product information and recommendations
-Work closely with the sales team to meet customer needs
-Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Previous customer service experience preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-Ability to work in a team environment
