Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ottawa, ON

Salary: $18.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary

Job Description:
– Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Provide excellent customer service and support
– Resolve customer issues and escalations
– Process orders and assist with product information
– Update customer accounts and database records
– Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Follow company policies and procedures
– Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
