Quality Control Inspector (night shift)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Inspect all products at each stage of the production process to ensure they meet quality standards
– Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests on samples of products
– Document and report any non-conformances to management and warehouse personnel
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections and testing
– Assist in the development and implementation of quality control standards and procedures
– Communicate with production personnel to address and resolve quality issues
– Monitor the production process to identify and address potential quality concerns
– Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
– Adhere to all company safety and quality regulations and procedures
– Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in quality control or inspection preferred
– Familiarity with measurement tools and equipment
– Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document and report findings
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
– Must be able to work night shift hours
– Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
