Conduct agronomic trials and other tests to gather evidence supporting the value proposition of new products. Use the data collected to create marketing presentations and materials, engage with customers and the market, and develop strategies for introducing the new products to customers.
Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Manager to join our team. The Production Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the production process, from start to finish. This includes coordinating with various departments to ensure that production schedules are met, as well as monitoring and improving production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate production activities, ensuring that quality standards are met
– Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand
– Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
– Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products
– Monitor production costs and work towards cost reduction goals
– Train and supervise production staff, ensuring that they are following safety protocols and best practices
– Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and supply chain, to ensure seamless production processes
– Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
– Previous experience in a production management role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
– Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
