The position of Global Supply Chain Planner involves reporting to the Manager, Global Supply Chain Planning and assisting with ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and covering for the Manager and team members as needed.
Job Description

Construction Project Manager

Our company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage a variety of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, a strong knowledge of the construction industry, and the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
– Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
– Develop project schedules and budgets
– Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
– Monitor project progress and ensure that it is completed on time and within budget
– Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and project plans
– Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
– Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field
– 5+ years of experience in construction project management
– Strong knowledge of construction processes and practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Proficiency in project management software
