MatrixHR is looking for Installers to work in collaboration with the Installation Manager in Halifax, NS. The Installers must have good physical dexterity to work in tight or awkward locations and must be able to work steadily to meet project timelines.
Position: Medical Receptionist

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $20 – $25 per hour

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our busy healthcare team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
– Schedule and confirm appointments
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Register patients and update their information in the system
– Verify insurance information and process payments
– Organize and maintain patient records
– Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical receptionist role
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records software
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
