Job description:

– Title: Customer Service Representative
– Location: Kitchener, ON
– Salary: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kitchener. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues and complaints, and processing orders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle high call volumes. Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Provide product information and pricing to customers
– Process customer orders and payments
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
