Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales team to achieve overall sales goals and targets. This individual will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be tasked with hiring, training, and managing the sales team, as well as developing relationships with key customers to drive sales. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and targets
– Oversee and manage the sales team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
– Hire, train, and develop sales team members
– Develop relationships with key customers to drive sales
