The position of Manager, Sourcing Packaging & Recycling falls under the Supply Chain Management department at a global level. It is a supervisory/consultant role in the organization and reports to the Senior Manager of New Foods & Packaging. This is a full-time opportunity for someone to contribute to sourcing packaging materials and implementing recycling programs within the company.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and coordinating office activities.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
– Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the management team
– Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
– Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
– Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
– Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
