Job Description:

We are looking for a competent Residential Cleaner to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include cleaning various residential properties according to company standards and client preferences. You will be required to work efficiently and independently while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
– Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, and common areas
– Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
– Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
– Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
– Wash windows and clean mirrors
– Change bed linens and make beds
– Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
– Report any maintenance issues or repair needs to management
– Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
– Ability to work efficiently and independently
– Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness
– Good time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
– Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
