Title: Survey Interviewer

Nielsen is world’s leading market research firm that provides information and insights to help companies make informed business decisions. We are currently seeking Survey Interviewers to join our team in St. John’s, NL.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting surveys over the phone with respondents to gather information on various topics
• Following survey scripts and guidelines provided by Nielsen
• Ensuring accuracy and quality of data collected during surveys
• Maintaining professional and courteous communication with respondents
• Meeting daily and weekly survey targets
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Providing feedback on survey script and process improvements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow survey scripts and guidelines accurately
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is an asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
