Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Vancouver, BC

Salary: $18 – $22 per hour

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Provide information about products and services
– Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
– Process orders and provide order status updates
– Maintain customer records and update information in the database
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
