Job Description:

Integrated Staffing Limited is currently seeking Community Support Workers for evening and weekend shifts in Fredericton, New Brunswick. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing community-based support to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist clients with daily living activities
– Support clients in achieving their personal goals
– Promote independence and inclusion within the community
– Monitor and document client progress
– Collaborate with other members of the support team

Qualifications:
– Diploma or degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field
– Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

Schedule:
– Evening and weekend shifts
