Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and other HR-related functions.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
– Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
– Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues
– Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
– Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
– Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, mediation, and disciplinary procedures
– Develop and implement training and development programs for employees
– Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, insurance, and retirement plans
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
– Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 5+ years of experience in HR management
– Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
