Title: Junior Technical Support Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 a year

Description:
We are seeking a Junior Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to internal staff and external clients, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and assist with network configurations. The Junior Technical Support Specialist will also be responsible for documenting and tracking support tickets, as well as providing training to end-users.
