Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong customer service focus. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and processing orders.
Responsibilities:
– Provide outstanding customer service to all customers
– Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
– Process customer orders and payments
– Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain accurate customer records and files
– Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
