Position: Team Leader

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 a year

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of employees to ensure overall success in achieving company goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
– Lead and motivate a team of employees to meet and exceed sales targets
– Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance
– Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
– Train and onboard new team members
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Collaborate with upper management to develop strategic plans for achieving company goals

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Strong organizational and time management skills
