Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Regina, Saskatchewan

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
– Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues
– Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
– Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service
– Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company policies to better assist customers
– Evaluate customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
– High school diploma or equivalent required
