Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Risk Analyst to join our team and assist in providing risk management services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. This individual will be responsible for analyzing client data, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to mitigate those risks. The Risk Analyst will also be responsible for preparing reports, presenting findings to clients, and collaborating with team members to develop customized risk management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Analyze client data to identify potential risks and assess current risk levels
– Develop and implement risk assessment strategies and models
– Evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
– Collaborate with clients to understand their specific risk management needs and develop customized solutions
– Prepare reports on risk assessment findings and provide recommendations for risk mitigation
– Present findings and recommendations to clients and senior management
– Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in risk management
– Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new risk management strategies
– Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in risk analysis or financial analysis
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices
– Proficient in using financial analysis tools and software
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
– Certified Risk Analyst (CRA) designation is an asset
