JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Agent to join their team in Toronto. As an Inbound Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:
– Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer issues and concerns
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Document customer interactions and feedback
